Several have asked ... so here it is ... And, if you don't recognize the symbol on the band -- it's not just for our city's football team. The fleur de lis has become a symbol of rebirth, restoration, rebuilding of our city post-Katrina -- kind of a memorial of the storm. Being that our loss happened in the wake of that storm, it seemed appropriate to use this as a memory of our daughter.
