New discovery

This morning I made Bruce's sweet potato muffins for the boys and I for breakfast. We all loved them! Absolutely yummy! I doubt you'd be able to find them in a Wal-mart anywhere north, because I visited three locally before I found these (a recommendation from Doug's aunt). I'm on a mission to find the sweet potato pancake mix next, so I can try this.
