For my friends who enjoy blog posts about poop...
Here's my advice about poppy seeds and children: Don't feed them to kids until they're potty-trained. Ugh. Diaper changes for the littlest have taken far too long lately ... and all because of a mother's simple whim to serve lemon poppy seed muffins.
