1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

I saw this on my spot and figured I'd give it a try. so here goes..........

One restaurant:

  • Red Lobster .... my serving job there during college causes me to crave this every once in awhile... gotta have the biscuits dipped in honey mustard dressing.

Two songs:

  • anything by Corinne Bailey Rae (a new favorite-her voice is amazing)
  • Breathe by Michelle Branch (my childbirthing song...reminds me of the glories of giving birth..yeah, I'm strange!)
Three snacks:
  • semisweet chocolate chips (straight from the bag) -- given up this frequent snack for a healthier me!
  • juicy (like running out of your mouth) nectarine
  • tortilla chips with shredded cheese sprinkled on top (mic-d for about 40 secs.)

Four emotions:

  • happy
  • content
  • sleepy
  • ho-hum (don't think that's a real emo but you kwim)

Five things to look forward to:

  • being a part of a community group (we met for the first time today--good stuff!)
  • when Sam completely gets the potty (we're still on the rollercoaster of good/bad days)
  • vacation in Pennsylvania next week (can't wait to see family/friends again as well as share the greatness of the Ephrata Fair with my husband and boys!)
  • seeing Jesus face-to-face
  • measurement day at Curves (3 weeks in and love it... already feel better!)

There you have it. If you want to try, the goal is to answer these with whatever pops into your mind at the moment. Have fun.

  6. Sorry, once I hit the Ephrata Fair, I could focus on nothing else and had to post a comment. Ox roast, walkaway sundaes, Sweigert's steaks, funnel cakes, french fries, pizza, candy apples, and cotton candy coupled with ring toss, carousels, giant pumpkins, and award-winning pies - what could be better? I loved warming my hands on a cold PA night with a cup of hot french fries right from the fryer. Hope you guys have a great time.
