Today is Sam's 3rd birthday ... and at his request, we made it a musical birthday complete with "trumpet cake". He was delighted to have his friends Tucker, Silas, and Baby Ruben (and their parents!) "come to his birthday", as well as Mimie, Grampa Buddy and Debbie, and Uncle Rob and Aunt Christina. It was a little noisy night, but we enjoyed singing "The Wheels on the Bus" with guitars and hearing trumpet accompainement to our "Happy Birthday" song. Sam was simply pleased as could be ... as you can tell by the pictures.

This little boy has certainly been a delight to us for the past three years. It was a pleasure to celebrate his life tonight! I'm so proud to be his mama.
Very fun!!! Love the trumpet cake.
